There is NO need to look further. After a year of back and forth of wanting to move out of state but scared to take that leap and tons of research on realtors who know their stuff we met with Tyler himself (what an honor!) he knows his stuff and will go to bat for you. This was our first time selling and moving out of state already has its challenges and TM gave us one less thing to stress about. He met with us twice then we listed. His photographer was AMAZING. Holy moly you’ll be blown away. TM has a great team and I know he will go far with his business. We are happy our selling process went smoothing (pending closing date obviously/fingers crossed) we listed on a Thursday and we signed Friday night after a few amazing and strong offers. Tyler let us know the options and I truly asked him what he would do if it was himself. And of course we went with his advice. This is my number one thing I needed from a realtor and he went above and beyond. I needed someone knowledgeable that will give us our best options and advice. Holy cow where do I even begin?! We worked with Alex as both the seller and buyers- to sum it up: the experience was amazing. Alex helped us get our house ready to sell and was so responsive and readily available it felt like we were her only clients! She answered every question-no matter how small- and always took the time to explain everything to us! Once our house was sold- in less than a weekend(!)- Alex continued to support us through the selling process that was filled with plot twists like no other. She fought for us and we never had a doubt in our mind that the sale wasn’t going to happen as long as we had Alex on our side.
Selling a house in a market as hot as this one wasn’t a fear of ours, but buying in this market scared the crap out of us! I’ve worked with Emily twice now and have had a great experience both times. We found exactly what I was looking for with a house the first time and then this summer she helped me close on a cabin that I had to have in my hometown. My experience with the closing and the process overall was great and I’d use them again in the future.

Tyler recently helped my wife and I sell our first house (which he sold us in 2015) and purchase our dream home. I firmly believe that Tyler's knowledge, professionalism & specific recommendations were the difference maker that allowed us to 1.) Sell our current home in 12 hours for over asking and 2.) Get our offer accepted in a scenario where we were the first offer and the house was listed under value. More specifically, his recommendation to put in a strong offer with an expiration tied to it - I believe this was the difference maker.
Along the way, Tyler and his team were always on point. Returned calls and emails quickly and professionally and always had the answers when we had questions. When Tyler says that you can call him day or night, it's not lip service.. If you were to text him at 10pm, good change he is replying that same night.

She was positive the whole time, even when we ran into several bumps along the way, and did such a great job with guiding us when finding the right house and with the negotiations between us and the sellers. Tyler was so great to work with. He’s very professional and honest. He helped us navigate a complicated move all the way from Alaska to Minnesota. We couldn’t have asked for a more knowledgeable, efficient, friendly realtor! He’s the best!

There were three things that stood out for me: 1) He never wasted any time, whether it be paperwork or getting back to me on a question he was always very helpful and resourceful. 2) Tyler had a team of people to recommend to help me during the closing process which included a loan officer and a home inspector. It was so nice to have those people lined up and made the process really easy. 3) When things got hectic and held up on closing day, Tyler kept his cool and remained calm which helped everyone involved. I hadn't been planning on buying a house for many years in the future when the home down the street from my parent's house went up for sale. Being a single mom, I thought this could potentially be a great opportunity for my daughter and I to have a great space and be in the neighborhood I grew up in. I called Tyler on Saturday to schedule an appointment and he agreed to show me the house the following day - Mother's Day Sunday. After touring the home, I decided I wanted it and that same day we went to the office to write up an offer. Since I had not been planning on buying a home, I was not preapproved and Tyler was able to get in touch with a loan officer that would help me - again all this happening on Mother's Day. By that night I had an accepted offer. In less than a day, I had bought a house! Tyler recommended a great home inspector who made a point of saying the house was in great shape, however the roof was damaged and needed repair. The sellers weren't in agreement until a couple weeks later the roof started leaking! The sellers ended up replacing the entire roof for me. The home inspector Tyler recommended really knew what he was talking about. On the day of the close, there was a hold up on my final approval. Rather than getting bent out of shape, Tyler kept his calm and was able to move the sale forward without much delay. I would 100% recommend Tyler as a realtor. Working with Tyler was a great experience and he made the home buying process seem very easy.

We recently sold our house and Tyler, Kaela and the entire team were just an outstanding group of people to work with. We had to relocate out of state on a relatively short notice and didn't have a lot of time to mentally prepare for our house sale. This is where Tyler really helped us out and from the very first time we met him, we were impressed by the respect that he gave us and how he went out of his way to help us. He had a positive attitude, a sound marketing plan, explained things well all along and gave us sound advice. An example of the amazing customer service he provided us is that our house was contingent on the sale of two other houses. He not only coordinated all the home inspections, appraisals, mortgage approvals, closings, etc. with the other realtors but also bent over backwards to get us all the documents so we could stay informed of the progress at every step of the way. Also, him and Kaela excelled at great communication....he always answered his texts promptly (despite probably many people trying to communicate with him all the time). He was always available to answer questions, even on weekends and when he was with family. And if he was ever going to be out of town or with family, he'd let us know in advance that he won't be able to get back to us by a certain time or the following day, etc. I truly felt that he was looking out for our best interest (as he should have!). And last but probably one of the most important attributes that impressed us was his knowledge of the local real estate market and his pricing and marketing strategy...just super impressive. At the end of the day, we felt we could fully trust him because he really put in a lot of time and effort to develop a trustful relationship.
