Our apologies for not getting the newsletter sent out until now.. Our team has been trying to cool off from this HOT Minnesota summer weather!

First and foremost, Congratulations to the Class of 2021!

Graduating is such a big accomplishment, you did it and our team is proud of you! If you would like a good laugh, check out what the Tyler Miller Team’s senior graduation pictures looked like in this newsletter. Before you look, I would just like to remind you that the styles have changed A LOT over the years!

As for the current real estate market, the Tyler Miller Team is here to tell you that the market is… you guessed it… HOT!

Experts, i.e. Realtor.com and National Association of Realtors (NAR), have released that they believe the industry and the economy will continue to drive forward for months to come. Do you know what that means? NOW is the time to start your real estate journey!

Even though people keep referring to this market as the “Seller’s Market” we are starting to see that it really is a Buyer’s Market right now too. Buyers have been experiencing some crazy curveballs when it comes to buying a new home. Those curveballs are worth it though because based on historical affordability trends it shows that buying a house now in this market may save you a significant amount of money in the future.

As for home sellers, if you are thinking about putting your home on the market DON’T WAIT! Experts are predicting that the inventory of homes is going to start getting larger in the summer months. The best case scenario for you is to list your home now so you don’t risk sitting on the market longer than expected which ultimately may decrease your sale price.
