They are eagerly anticipating the birth of a baby girl in January 2025!
Nick is not a Minnesota native. Growing up, he moved every few years—having lived in three countries and seven states—he is no stranger to moving. Nick attended the University of Notre Dame, where he competed on the boxing team. After college, Nick worked for the government, a private sector consulting firm, and built a small business in Mounds View, MN, which was successfully sold to new owners five years later.
His diverse background gives him a unique understanding of market conditions, the relationship between private and public sector agencies, and leveraging incentives to help his clients maximize their investment of time and money. Nick is passionate about helping people and considers his house and family to be his "true north." As the world becomes more complex, he is energized by helping others establish their home base.
When he isn't working, you can find Nick in the gym, playing guitar, drinking coffee, or spending time with his family. While he places tremendous value on his family and local community - Nick and his wife love to travel (generally to warmer climates)!
